Team : Quantitative imaging of the cell
Lab : IINS, Interdisciplinary Institute for Neuroscience
Team is part of : Thrust 4
The Quantitative Imaging of the Cell team in an R&D team composed of physicists, computer scientists and biologists. It aims at developing novel quantitative imaging techniques to decipher the living cell activity at different scales, from the nanoscale level up to small organotypic 3D cell cultures, in a high throughput context. For this purpose, the group develops optical and analytical tools, in close collaboration with cell biology and neuroscience teams.
- Axis 1 : Quantitative Single molecule localization microscopy
